Page Impressions defined the e-commerce strategy, specified the site requirements and project managed the implementation of a new e-commerce website for Anachem, a success bioscience company

Page Impressions not only managed the external site providers and the creation of the business web site, but also defined and delivered the integration of Anachem's back office with e-commerce applications including as ARIBA.

The project also enable the development of email marketing programmes to enable the regular updates to Anachem's client base of new product launches and availability of surplus stock. The email marketing programmes had a major impact in increasing revenue and contributing significantly to return on investment.

Page Impressions worked with Golog's French management to provide Interim Management and consultancy services for the Establishment of Golog in the UK. In this role, Page Impressions staff developed relationships with ISPs, Web Agencies & Pay per Click (PPC) market developers to enable Golog to move to become an established and profitable business in the UK market.

Page Impressions developed the company's local editorial policies and developed the UK Brand and keyword navigation database services as well as recruiting and training the database team.

Page Impressions consulted and led the development of Golog's European Expansion providing the Interim COO of the Group concluding major contracts with a leading European wide ISP.


Page Impressions acted as Channel Consultants to the Trend Micro in the US as they were evaluating their entry into the UK and European markets.

Page Impressions provided a full and detailed evaluation of the European Anti-Virus Market, the key players, channel structure and identified opportunities for differentiation.

The project required a detailed understanding of the Trend Micro product range and matching the changing needs of the local market to the future development plans to ensure that their entry into the UK market was both successful and built upon the strengths of the Trend Micro organisation across the rest of the world.

In particular, Page Impressions was able to advise on the local channel development and reseller strategy to deliver a distinctive advantage over the competitive offerings.


Page Impressions worked on the launch of student Portal Keysurf as strategic advisors on content development and monetisation.

Page Impressions worked with Keysurf to build a content proposition that would appeal to a highly demanding audience whilst at the same time maximise earnings from tenancy and affiliate fees.

The project demanded a precise match between content and brand which Page Impressions met through its extensive relationships with content providers. The project also required a thorough understanding of the online advertising market to enable Keysurf to build high value inventory and maximize cpm.

Citipages

Page Impressions was approached by Citipages to develop a persuasive new proposition for their brand locator web-based product.

Page Impressions worked with Citipages to evaluate the market and develop the new customer proposition and pricing scheme as well deliver the necessary sales collaterals and training.

The project demanded a fully integrated develop and launch strategy which could be trialled with a number of key customers. The proposition was trialled with a small number of target clients and was adjusted prior to its full formal launch. The new proposition and the sales collaterals proved to very successful developing a number of new accounts and paving the way for the introduction of a number of new concept sites.
